We are committed to serving and supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities and their families – regardless of the level of support required through compassionate service and person-centered care.

Behavioral Supports

Respite Care

Individual Supports (CCP)

Career Planning
Assisting individuals in exploring career interests, setting achievable goals, and developing the skills necessary for employment success. Career Planning is designed to empower individuals to pursue meaningful work and achieve long-term professional growth.
Supported Employment (Individual)
Assisting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in finding, securing, and maintaining meaningful, competitive employment. Our goal is to promote independence, self-sufficiency, and social inclusion by providing personalized support throughout the employment process — from job exploration and placement to ongoing workplace assistance after hire.
Support Brokerage
Guiding individuals and families in navigating and accessing the supports and services they need. We assist in planning, coordinating, and monitoring services to ensure they align with each individual’s goals and needs.

The United Care team of Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) is dedicated to delivering services with professionalism, care, compassion, and competence.
We take pride in providing one-on-one support in homes or group residences, ensuring that each individual’s needs are met with the highest level of attention and respect.
Our hiring and onboarding process is thorough, as all employees must complete our agency’s onboarding program to ensure they fully understand United Care’s mission, philosophy, policies, and practices. In addition to being qualified, experienced, and fully trained to provide the highest quality of care, each employee must also meet all New Jersey DDD and Medicaid requirements, including background checks and compliance standards.
